Mark E. Reinhold graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Administration of Justice and a B.A. in History, and received his law degree from Ohio Northern University.
Mr. Reinhold has over twenty years experience as a criminal defense attorney with over 100 jury trials to his credit. In addition, Mr. Reinhold received an appointment from the Governor of Florida to represent death row inmates on their final appeals. Mr. Reinhold concentrates his practice on the areas of Family Law and Criminal Defense. As a family law practitioner, Mr. Reinhold represents clients in the matters of divorce (contested and uncontested), child support, child custody, and injunction hearings. Mr. Reinhold’s criminal practice ranges from misdemeanors, DUIs and domestic violence offenses to drug crimes, theft and violent crimes.
Mr. Reinhold is licensed to practice in all Florida state courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Florida Bar Family Law and Criminal Law sections, the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Hillsborough County Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and is a lifetime member of the Pennsylvania State Alumni Association.
